That wouldn't happen to a FORD! what's chevy's slogan (like a rock)? More like sinks like a rock!

Saw this last year when PeppA and I went fishing. We aren't sure how or why it ended up in the river, but I'd say it was suspicious. There's a boat ramp about 50 yards upstream. I'm thinking stolen, joy-riders needed to ditch it. That spot is rather remote.
