Short website outages

I apologize for the short outages we've been experiencing. We have been running out of memory and it freezes resources and web sites until manual intervention. I made a change this morning that 'should' restart these key services if / when it happens again. I also modified a memory parameter in hopes that will satisfy our memory issues.
Time will tell if these changes will fix the outages.
