Wow! I've never been in a house boat, did not realize how big and roomy they are. Now I know why they are called house boats, they are a home away from home.
And I especially love the ships wheel, nice touch.

It was awesome. We enjoyed it for 7 years. It was 20 years old when I got it (1987 model) and at 27 years old it was in need of repairs I did not want to spend my entire summer attempting to fix or replace. So sadly we sold.
When we had it I so loved sleeping on it. the waves would lull you to sleep. Or spending an evening on it just tied to the dock, so relaxing. Then there was driving from the flying bridge. So Awesome!!!! Ahh those were the days. :D

Fyi ...it took over 2 years to sell this baby. And we took a 20k hit. Ouch.
