TAMPA, Fla. – The business of Seacoast Electronics and Radio Holland USA, which joined forces initially in 2007, will be fully merged into a single company, the Radio Holland Group reported in a recent statement.

The company said that since the beginning of the two companies’ relationship, the cooperation between Radio Holland USA and Seacoast has become intensive, that synergies have been identified and applied, and the company believes that “now the time has come to fully team up and become one organization.”

Seacoast Electronics has begun trading as Radio Holland USA from the Jacksonville and Tampa offices, which now also carry the Radio Holland name. The Seacoast name will cease to exist.

Art Thomas Sr., formerly president of Seacoast Electronics, will join the Radio Holland USA management team as vice president business development, and Adam Cole will assume the role of regional manager, Radio Holland Jacksonville. In this position, Cole will also oversee the service depot in Tampa, Fla., the company stated.
