It does look clear like it might be from holding tank.

It could be outside water coming in from the transom or thru hulls or from the engine cooling system or the onboard water system. Need to do some more diagnostics.

It isn't the thru hulls or holding tank or from the running engine. The video clearly shows it leaking under the transom while the motor is off.

mine was shift cable boot, only leaked when motor was trimmed up

Transom assembly needs to be replaced if it’s leaking while just sitting in the water

Actually after looking at the video more closely it’s not the transom Assy Gotta be one of your hoses or bellows coming from the drive.
