Ya, that was a lot of fun. Then it as a 94 chevy S-10 Blazer, which was a little better. Then a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After that was a 05 GMC Acadia Now today I have a 012 all drive Acadia, which pulls it and stops it very will. I'm on 99% flat ground, my only hill is an overpass.
Max speed 55 mph. And it has the same braking system that the GMC Yukons have. Actually when I come to a slow stop, I can feel the trailer pulling back on it. After becoming educated, for me it was not about towing capacity as much as it was about stopping capacity. I feel very safe for me and the other drivers that are around me.
