I unplugged all 5 wires behind the switch. It shouldn't stay on without the switch plugged in

The two blowers are staying on at all times even if the switch is off. I have removed all wires behind the dash switch and they still stay on. The only way I can turn them off is flipping the breaker beneath the sink. Any suggestions? Is there a delay or something that could have gone bad and...
