    Forum Upgrade

    After a good bit of trials and tribulation the forum has been successfully upgraded to Xen 2.3. You might notice a few differences. Overall we should run smoother, no hiccups. If you do notice any issues or something that seems wrong please post it here. Thanks.

    Winter cover

    Maybe one of the aluminum carports. They are open on all sides but you can hang tarps. Otherwise shrink wrap is about the only thing I know of to really protect a boat stored outside.

    Slimy Grimy is a product I've used to clean the bottom after an extended stay in the water. Works great. Strong stuff.

    Wow. That is extreme. I've seen it where they might idle up a bit for 5 seconds then go back to normal. 5 minutes is crazy. and if you rev it up it still settles at 2k rather than where it should? Just trying to understand the issue. Right now I have no clue on what to do to stop this...

    What does your temp gauge show? If you have an infrared heat sensor you could verify the temp gauge and check temps on other areas of your motor. Seems like the engine is trying to cool down.
