Hey Denny. We do. We are actually very aware of the people and structures around us when we surf. We usually find a cove that nobody is in and have fun. Sometimes on the weekends or holidays it’s impossible. But during the week its great.

We live near the Cincinnati area but keep our boat at Cumberland. We use to boat the river all the time but now we go almost every weekend to the lake.

Hello fellow boaters. I am sure this has been asked on here. But figure I would post the question. Where do you do the majority of your boating. We boat mainly on Lake Cumberland. This summer we want to try Norris Lake in TN. Have a safe season everyone.

Well after a long winter we are about to splash the boat again another 2 to 3 weeks. We put just under 90 hours on her last season. We got the wake and trim figured out and its perfect for the beginner to moderate surfer. It's perfect in size for 7 people. Jeez I can't wait for the season to begin.

Well its been 2.5 years in the making but we finally upgraded our 1999 200LE to a 2023 23 Surf with the 300HP Merc. We actually purchased her in November last year and got a great deal on it. Its been a very long winter and are excited to splash her in a few weeks on Lake Cumberland.

What do you tow your Boat with?

This has been our tow rig for the last 6 years. 2011 GMC Yukon with the 6.2. 170k on the clock. Tows our 200LE. Think the boat and trailer come in around 4200 lbs. Pulls good. However it’s time for an updated rig. Thinking about the new Yukon with the Diesel engine.

Thanks for the response Doc I was surprised as well at the price. We did a build and it came out to 80k. But that is tens of thousands of dollars cheaper then a straight wakesurf boat of the other brands. we like the 23 surf because it encompasses all facets of the boating lifestyle we like...

I’m wanting to upgrade our 1999 200le to a 23 Surf. I have chatted with a few dealers about. But nobody can give me real world usage of them and how they handle. How are they to surf behind? What size engine would you recommend etc. There are not many used ones on the market so I’m guessing...
