Designed and made this to safely remove the oil line at the transom and gimbal housing
IF the oil line is very old cut it in half first then when gimbal housing is removed use tool to remove the oil line at the transom. Designed to cut on the upstroke
1/4 SS rod heated and hammered into this and formed by grinding. Then hone to a razors edge, At the gimbal housing raise the drive ,you may have to remove the exaust bellow but in most cases there is just enough room to cut the hose off the brass nipple.
