Blower issues on '18 signature 330

The two blowers are staying on at all times even if the switch is off. I have removed all wires behind the dash switch and they still stay on. The only way I can turn them off is flipping the breaker beneath the sink. Any suggestions? Is there a delay or something that could have gone bad and if so, where is it? This is a new problem and no wiring has been changed to cause it.

To me it sounds like it maybe the switch. I would bypass the switch. It could be that the contacts are stuck in the on position.

If the switch totally is removed from the wiring, then they are getting their power from another wire that is powered by that same breaker.
Can you trace the wiring from the fans back to the breaker? Do you have a test light? I am no electrician, this the only way that I know how to troubleshoot.
