Blower issues on '18 signature 330

The two blowers are staying on at all times even if the switch is off. I have removed all wires behind the dash switch and they still stay on. The only way I can turn them off is flipping the breaker beneath the sink. Any suggestions? Is there a delay or something that could have gone bad and if so, where is it? This is a new problem and no wiring has been changed to cause it.

To me it sounds like it maybe the switch. I would bypass the switch. It could be that the contacts are stuck in the on position.

If the switch totally is removed from the wiring, then they are getting their power from another wire that is powered by that same breaker.
Can you trace the wiring from the fans back to the breaker? Do you have a test light? I am no electrician, this the only way that I know how to troubleshoot.

I unplugged all 5 wires behind the switch. It shouldn't stay on without the switch plugged in
I am a little confused. So all 5 wires are disconnected and the 2 blowers stay on?

If that is the case, " then they are getting their power from another wire that is powered by that same breaker."

I would try to trace the wires from the blowers to the breaker. Or even the other way too. You may find a short somewhere feeding the blowers.

If all else fails, I would disconnect all of the blower wiring from the breaker to the blowers. Than install new wires and two new switches to operate the two blowers independently. Size the wire correctly for the distance and load. Much easier than taking a harness apart looking for the problem.

Yes, all 5 wires are disconnected and it stays on. I don't know how it would still get power. It's shorting the switch entirely, but it just started doing this.

You mean, its by-passing the switch. Yes?

I would look for a short in the harness than. If that fails. New wiring then. It's a simple install.

I would start with the back or the inside of your breaker panel. And see if something doesn't look right.
As Iggy says, and I have already done this myself, string a new wire from the panel to the fans.
Make sure you protect the original wire. Maybe you can unstring and remove the original wire and trace it back to the issue.

I thought I would post an update for anyone who may have this problem in the future. I pulled the wiring harness behind this fuse panel and it shut off the blowers and I waited a minute to reset whatever was controlling them. They are working as they should after plugging it back in.
