'18 Signature Overhead lights staying on

2018 signature 32 and two of led RGB light pucks are staying on when I try to turn them off. The rest of the lights cycle through the colors when I hit the switch on the dash but two of them are always the wrong color and they don't ever turn off. They stay red and blue respectively when the others are off. Any suggestions?

The first place I would look , is the brainbox that controls the system. For some reason it is not communicating. Find out who made it, and call them. There should be an identification tag on it.

There is so much aftermarket stuff out there that it is hard to distinguish it from original equipment. I did some checking on the net. I started with Cecil Marine a Chap dealer, they do not sell that boat, so they could not help me. The guy said that Chap did not sell a 32ft, they sold a 310- 31.6ft and a 330ft-33.6ft. I found specs for both, plus specs for a 32 ft-32ft. So here is my advice: Find a Chap dealer that sold one of these 3 boats and ask them. Your girl is 13 yrs. Original or aftermarket equipt, you will probable not find it. So if it were me, I would find that box, and I have no idea where it is, they put things in the dumbus places. The 1st thing that I would do is find the fuse or circuit breaker that kills the whole system. Then if possible start tracing that wire to the switch and the on to the lights or brain box.Now at that point you can remove the old stuff. I am sure you could replace it with new updated stuff. Me, I'm old fashioned, I like clean, so I would change over to all white, your girl is too pretty to hide her good looks. Please keep us posted.

I pulled the wiring harness from behind this fuse panel or whatever it's called and that turned the lights off. Let it sit for a minute to reset and they started working again.

Great! And that is your fuse panel. It might have been like your cell phone or your computer, every so often they need to be shut down to regroup.
Hope that did the trick, and you don't have a gremlin. Lol

You can buy some lights that by turning them off and back on. You cycle though the colors. No brainbox or controller. That could be the case.

I have had them on my but from red to white for night time. Why rewire?

I'm not good with the new stuff, what makes it change colors?
