Are these rollers supposed to be touching the boat ?
It looks like you have 2 bunks on each side, one long and one short?View attachment 2223
Here’s a pic of the front
As far as I can tell boat and trailer are both 2003 so should be original with the boat
Yes 2 per side. They are almost the same lengthIt looks like you have 2 bunks on each side, one long and one short?
Do you have a jack of some kind that you can use to put under the front roller that is under the boat?I’ve only launched it once because it sits at a dock all year but I did notice the bow almost seemed to slide down and banged on that roller I’m guessing. Maybe I will adjust that one up to touch
Also when I put it on the trailer last year I had trouble getting the bow up and over the bow roller
Ya I have a 3 ton jackDo you have a jack of some kind that you can use to put under the front roller that is under the boat?
i like the bunks too for launching. I haven’t tried to jack up and clean under the bunks but I think after this season I will have to figure out how toMy trailer is similar to yours. One roller up front and one at the back end. 2 bunks each side of center. I like the bunks because I can launch and retrieve without worrying about the boat sliding off the trailer.
The only problem I have with bunks is cleaning and treating the bottom area where the bunks make contact with the boat. I have to jack the boat off the trailer and climb around the axles. Not a lot of fun.
