My boat has trouble starting after it is warmed up. After doing fuel pressure tests and lots of reading up on the problem, I’m sure the fuel pump is overheating and not providing sufficient pressure.
I’ve read recommendations to install a check valve kit in the cooling hose near the thermostat housing to prevent the cooling water to drain out of the cool fuel module which causes the fuel pump to overheat. Anybody have any insight on this?
Thank you.
