End of Dock Ramp

Not sure how much longer we'll be able to get to our boat as the ramp to our dock is about extended as far as it will go.

Side rant - We are in stage 4 water restrictions (no watering) but yet our HOA says they will fine people for not maintaining their yards (letting them turn brown). Is it me getting older or are people losing their minds?
