How do my risers and manifolds look?

My port engine was overheating slightly, figured it was time to replace the manifolds and risers as I haven't done it in the 2 years I've owned it, and previous owner (3 years) hadn't done them.

Once I cleaned out the gunk, this is what they look like:

Seems like there isn't any significant corrosion, I was able to push compressed air through em and all the ports, and look like the original shape of the ports is still pretty good. Good enough for another year?

I'll be cleaning up the mating surfaces and repainting the outsides before reinstalling, that was just a quick cleanup of the insides.

Good question Phillbo.
I'm Great Lakes,1900 + hrs., mine have never been cleaned.
And by the way, they look great.

Yeah the boat lives in salt water year round. Pacific Northwest.

Put them back on, cleaned the heat exchanger and repainted it, this engine now runs 4 deg C cooler than the starboard engine!
