A good marine upholstery shop should be able to help.
I have fixed a few, can't tell without taking it apart.
Find out who made it. You may need a whole seat, depending on where the break is at.
Call Chap and or Cecil Marine.
If you have to go new, there may be a used one out there, check the net.
