Selling a boat

I never lived down there. Been there for a week of two but thats about it. So you would know better. But up north here it sounds total different. I pay $16 a foot for winter storage. The marina gets $76 per foot. I run away from them, boating is expensive enough. Hate to tell you what I spent this year! Yacht Clubs up here are almost every where. Which makes it better when we travel as there rates are lower and people are more friendlier.

I received a signed contract and a deposit is being made.
The hopefully new owner does not want to inspect the boat, just a test drive.
Very mixed feelings about this, love the boat but the carrying costs for what we use it for do not make sense.
I used FSBO and paid him a fee $300. Not 1 inquiry.
I then went to POP yachts and was getting calls and registered buyers every day and they sold the boat pending seatrial.

That is awesome. Congrats. This is the time of year to snag a good one. Sounds like these buyers know a winner when they see it advertised. :thumb:

They were professional.
