Looked it up on the web, very pretty, easy to get to, and lots to do.
I can see why you say it is worth the trip.

12 hours, at how fast? I was In Europe in the early 80's, and gas was $5.00 a gal US, how is it now?
When you make that trip, how long do you stay, and how often do you go?
I drive without trailer appr 150 kmh when the roads are free (we ride during the night). Diesel is 1.50 euro/liter and I burn a liter every 10 km. Cars and boats are expensive. Thats why we dont drive gas guzzling big pickups. I trie to go 5 weeks a year.

In 2015 I was on a WWII tour. On our last day we took a taxi from downtown Munic (Germany) to the Munic airport. We are racing along and I look at my step brother and said, "Look at the speedometer!"
